Nikola has been obsessed with technology since he was about five years old and his father brought home a computer from work. He quickly learned how to break it… and then, in turn, fix it (else he couldn’t play his games).

Jayne Spottswood is a UX Architect – or “UX Swiss Army Knife,” depending who you ask – at Paylocity, which develops industry-leading, cloud-based payroll and human capital management software solutions for medium-sized organizations.

Currently I am working in Cox Automotive’s Enterprise Operations Center helping them with the redesign of their IT Scorecard website. My role is varied depending on the what the project needs.

Wilson is a developer at Broadway.com in NYC, working on web and Android development. He is very passionate about building clean and intuitive UI on web and mobile platforms, especially presenting complex data and information.

Daniel brings an affinity for math and science to his process as designer. He takes a systemic, strategic approach to solving digital design problems, and the variety of projects he worked on before joining Moment – from warehouse optimization to homes of the future – illustrate the adaptability of his techniques

Kevin Klos is a Senior Experience Designer (The Star Wars equivalent of a Jedi Master) with Best Buy, where he uses human centered design, testing and analytics to vanquish deceptive design and make easy-to-use experiences for Best Buy customers. Dani Nordin works for athenahealth as the Product Design Architect for athenaClinicals. There, she uses her superpowers in user research, pattern recognition, and snark to help the organization unpack big, gnarly problems related to EHR configuration, clinical content, and specialty support.

Veronica Naguib is the MD at ImpactSense, an insight company who are disrupting the way research and Experience Measurement is done today.

Janelle has led UX research at digital product companies, both as a founding lead and as a manager upskilling and growing existing research teams. She has a background in psychology and digital communication and spent 15 years in academia before transitioning to the tech world.
