The Ethos & Ethics of UX and How to #StopUXErasure

UX professionals have always known advocating for users is part of the job, but recent, convergent shifts in technological & economic landscapes are making these advocacy efforts feel like increasingly contentious, uphill battles. This interactive talk will revisit the original ethos & ethics of UX, enumerate the signs and symptoms of its erasure, as well as explore what actions we can take individually & collectively as a profession to spot and #StopUXErasure before it’s too late.
