Design is being asked for judgment more than output. A model can produce the screens, the decks, and the first drafts; knowing which one is right for this team and these consequences is the part that hasn’t been handed off.
Proving Ground puts that judgment where people can see it. We’re looking for the call you made and the reasoning underneath it, how you decided, what you weighed, what you chose to protect. The calls that went badly are welcome, and are often where the reasoning shows most clearly.
Judgment gets built by practicing it and by watching other people practice it. One day of that, online, from wherever you are. Two keynotes bookending community presentations across two tracks, with time for questions and an interstitial partway through.
