As creative professionals, we know that focus is needed to provide learning, foster creativity and build innovation in our work. If we choose to avoid it, the risk to our quality of work is more significant than we think.
In this discussion, we’ll explore our collective focus experiences and provides opportunities for attendees to create and build their focus practice. Allison will share a combination of personal experiences and techniques used to develop, learn and sustain the benefits of a daily focus practice.
